"My friend Jordan that I met at orientation and I were looking for something to do on campus and he said "We should get a radio show". We had a radio show... then I became station engineer. They didn't so much offer it to me as say "You're the new station engineer." From there I applied to be station manager because I thought it would be fun. I used to play piano and I was the only one of my brothers that played an instrument. This feels like getting back to that. Our radio show is called "Uncommon Colors", and out of that name we also started a student arts organization. Art is what brings people together." Aarik Charles
