CELEBRATING THE HOLIDAYS

Family and holiday traditions go hand-in-hand. Nicholas and I often reminisce about our respective families' fun, often quirky traditions, like tamales, playing treinta y uno, or debating whether to open more gifts on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Having spent holidays in both El Paso and Houston, we've even had the opportunity to experience some of these traditions first-hand. Now that we have a family of our own, we're excited to share and carry forward some of our older traditions and even more excited to make new ones. This will be Gigi's first Christmas, Sebastian's second, and with each passing year we hope to build on what our grandparents and parents taught us about celebrating family, joy, giving, and new beginnings. We hope each year brings a new way to make the holidays a bit more fun and special, so when Sebastian and Gigi are older, they appreciate and look forward to this time of year as much as Nicholas and I have.
